LAROUCHEPAC:

Queen Elizabeth Tells Commonwealth Heads of State: It's Time To Take Back Global Leadership For London
November 29, 2009 • 2:48PM

If there was ever any doubt that the British Empire still exists and seeks global domination, it was thoroughly dispelled over the past 48 hours, by the shrivelling Queen herself, Elizabeth II, and her Royal Consort, the genocidalist Prince Philip. The Queen and mate were in Trinidad and Tobago for the 60th anniversary meeting of the British Commonwealth heads of state. Not only did the Queen address the opening banquet on Thursday night, Nov. 26. On Friday morning, she delivered the keynote address, in which she declared that now was the moment of opportunity for the British Commonwealth to step forward and take leadership over the planet. The Queen declared, accurately, that the 53 member states of the British Commonwealth represented one-third of the population of the planet. She called on the leaders of those 53 states to go to the Copenhagen climate control summit in two weeks, resolved to impose a final treaty, despite the fact that, particularly in the aftermath of the recent East Anglia University revelations, the global-warming swindle stands thoroughly exposed.

In many ways, the Commonwealth event was intended as an outright declaration of war against the United States, and, by extension, against the Four Powers agreement posed by Lyndon LaRouche as the only viable alternative to the British Empire and the global plunge into a New Dark Age. The three "guests of honor" at the event were: French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Danish Prime Minister (and Copenhagen conference host) Lars Loekke Rasmussen, and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. The U.S. was notably absent, and to add insult to injury, Australian Prime Minister Rudd announced that he would soon visit President Obama in Washington—to clue him in on the decisions made behind his back at Trinidad and Tobago. As reported elsewhere, the insult to Obama, who the British have concluded is a useless failure, was compounded by British Prime Minister Gordon Brown's grandstanding announcement of the convening of an Afghan strategy conference in London on Jan. 28. Brown's press conference announcement of the planned London event (see accompanying article "Brits Remind Obama Who's In Charge") was calculated to drive Obama up the wall, in that he is preparing for his own Afghan policy announcement on Tuesday, Dec. 1, at West Point. He was upstaged by Gordon Brown, the President knew it, and, according to sources close to the White House, he did go berserk.

In the same press conference, Gordon Brown also announced an agreement with Sarkozy to create a $10 billion a year fund, to bribe Third World leaders into caving in to the Copenhagen carbon emissions cuts, all aimed at keeping the developing sector permanently backward, deindustrialized, and depopulated. Brown even called for an international satellite surveillance regime, to monitor whether governments receiving the payoffs from the fund, actually complied with the draconian carbon emission standards to be set in the final Copenhagen treaty.

Lyndon LaRouche shrugged off these grandiose British world power plays, noting that the British Empire is hopelessly bankrupt, and that the looting policies being peddled by the Queen and Gordon Brown, can never get them out of the collapse. "You cannot prevent a collapse by accelerating the physical economic breakdown of the world," LaRouche noted with a tone of devilish glee. "The British system is based on worthless assets, and it is rapidly disintegrating, as the Dubai blowout proves, despite the babblings from Queen Elizabeth II. So the British Commonwealth is doomed." LaRouche concluded with a serious question: "Is the Queen clinically insane?"
