LAROUCHEPAC:

From Copenhagen: The Final Hours of the Summit
December 19, 2009 • 8:53AM

An on the ground report from LaRouche Movement organizers in Copenhagen:

The headline of Berlingske Tidende's minute-by-minute coverage of the collapse of the Climate Summit tonight is entitled, "The world press writes: The Guardian: the New World Economic Order took over the Climate Summit."

From our Copenhagen victory party:

Michelle asked Barack, "What went wrong in Copenhagen?"

Barak answered, "I don't know. The climate changed!"

Obama said to Wen Jiabao, "You can't say no to this."

Wen: "Yes we can!"

Napoleon had his Waterloo, Obama had his Copenhagen.

Tom Gillesburg was interviewed by a Russian TV station; the interview should be broadcast on Sunday in their wrap-up of the summit. Tom said that this summit was intended to do away with national sovereignty. It's not about climate change. And China and India said No. Now, national sovereignty is on the agenda. Then Tom explained about the four-power agreement. There is a lot a dissatisfaction in the US that Obama went to COP with this British agenda, and there's going to be a lot thinking like LaRouche, that the US has to reassert its sovereignty and cooperation with Russia, China and India, and go with the four-power agreement.

It was not only the Chinese who blocked an agreement — our Copenhagen organizing team did a great job, and it should also be said that we had big help from the man upstairs — the weather was absolutely freezing, blowing, and snowing the last few days, getting colder, and colder, and colder, as we approached this last day, when the agreement was supposed to have been signed. He was clearly mad at all this talk about man-made climate changes!
